At Aged Care Deloraine, we are committed to creating a fulfilling life for our people.We are currently seeking applications for an Admissions Coordinator position working across our two Residential Aged Care facilities and our 42 Independent Living Units in Deloraine. We are a small rural community-based NFP organisation. The position is permanent part time .8FTE.About the roleAs the Admissions Coordinator, youll play a key role in welcoming new residents and tenants into the Aged Care Deloraine community. Youll manage enquiries and applications with accuracy, efficiency and genuine care - ensuring every person feels supported from their very first interaction with us.You will be a key liaison for residents, tenants and their loved ones for the duration of their contact with the organisation.With your exceptional communication and relationship building skills, youll guide applicants and their families/support people through a seamless admissions process, connect them with suitable vacancies either through our Independent Living Units or one of our Residential Care Homes. Provide clear communication and compassionate support during what can be a significant life transition. Youll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a smooth, positive and professional experience for every resident entering aged care at Aged Care Deloraine Inc.You will also be responsible for the marketing program for Aged Care Deloraine Inc. Working closely with the Executive Team you will help drive a suitable marketing program across multiple platforms as well as developing and maintaining written materials.
