If one of your passions is creating and delivering exceptional cocktails, you might be the right person for this role.ResponsibilitiesLead a close-knit team with a strong team focus.Supervise and train bar attendants.Creation and implementation of drinks menus.Strictly follow procedures/recipes and control wastage levels.Ensuring proper daily cash management.Stock control and ordering of supplies.Review sales and beverage costs and reconcile any discrepancies in accounting.Ensuring excellence and consistency in customer service.Managing customer interactions with the utmost professionalism.Ensure the bar is clean and organised to the highest standard of cleanliness.Qualifications and experienceA current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.At least 4 years working in Bar / Restaurant.At least 2 years (included in the above four years of experience) full-time (38 hours per week) relevant bar management experience.Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.Excellent product knowledge.A hands-on leadership style and team player attitude.A friendly and outgoing personality.Stock and labour management experience.The availability to work mainly during weekends and, if required, during public holidays.Employment conditionsThe successful candidate will be working on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) on the bar premises at 3 Harriet Pl, Darwin NT 0800.Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary + superannuation and a friendly and fun work environment.How to applyIf this is you, please submit your CV and a cover letter to explain why you are the right fit for us to ****@thetraderbar.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
