OverviewJoin the team at Autofit88 as a full-time Service & Parts Advisor in Alice Springs, NT. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and technical expertise to ensure their vehicle maintenance and repair needs are met efficiently and effectively.What you''ll be doingGreet customers and assess their vehicle service and repair requirementsProvide cost estimates and obtain customer approval for recommended servicesSchedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and parts deliveryLiaise with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality completion of workMaintain detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle service historyProvide customers with progress updates and deliver vehicles in a timely mannerAssist with parts ordering, inventory management and stock controlContribute to the overall efficiency and customer satisfaction of the workshop and front of house salesWhat we''re looking forMinimum 2 years'' experience in a similar Service Advisor or Parts Advisor roleStrong technical knowledge of automotive systems and componentsExcellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team membersProficient in using computerised workshop management and parts ordering systemsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsFlexibility to work within a busy workshop environmentA genuine passion for the automotive industry and providing outstanding customer serviceWhat we offerAt Autofit88, we are committed to creating a positive and rewarding work environment for our team.
