In this role, you will provide high-quality, goal-focused interventions for young people aged 1225 experiencing symptoms of psychosis. Youll have the opportunity to support young people from initial contact through to ongoing therapeutic care, working collaboratively with families and external stakeholders.What Youll DoProvide youth-friendly, family-inclusive mental health care using evidence-based interventions.Conduct screening, assessments, and risk management, including safety planning.Support culturally diverse young people, including Aboriginal young people, in a sensitive and culturally appropriate manner.Work within a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery-focused care.Participate in community awareness, group work, and clinical supervision.Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.What Were Looking ForApproved tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., AHPRA, AASW) is essential.Experience providing individual and group interventions, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans.Ability to work with culturally diverse populations and a strong commitment to working with Aboriginal young people and families.Experience in youth mental health and understanding of psychosis, co-morbidities, and best-practice treatments.Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.RequirementsNorthern Territory Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)National Police Criminal History Report (
