OverviewWe are looking for a versatile and energetic branch all-rounder to assist in all areas of our branch operations from customer service to warehouse support.This role is for someone who is willing to contribute and deliver outstanding performance.What We OfferMarket aligned remuneration with annual salary reviews: Your salary grows with your skills and performance.Career Progression: Clear pathways to develop and advance within Motion with access to free webinars, training events and courses.Comprehensive Benefits: Including retail discounts, bonus incentives, recognition programs, supplied uniforms, parental leave top-up allowance and access to wellbeing/employee assistance programs.Eligible for 1 Good to Give Leave Day per calendar year in addition to normal leave entitlements to participate in volunteering activitiesKey responsibilitiesDelivering consistent and high-quality service to our customersAssist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner.Accurately enter cash sales, invoices, purchase orders, transfers and picking slips into the computer system in a timely mannerArrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods at point of sale; identify reason for credit and rectify problems to eliminate future creditsAssist with periodic stock checksEnsuring sufficient levels of stock are available and advise purchasing department of stock requirementsPicking and packing of orders including courier and transport documentationChecking picked orders and invoicing.This is a hands-on role that will also require physical manual handling for the purposes of preparing customer orders for dispatch as well as receipting and arranging storage of goods in accordance with appropriate proceduresAbout you Skills and experienceExceptional customer service focus, communication and interpersonal skillsAt least have 6 months to a year experience in the warehouse, customer service or similar industry.High attention to detail and solid organisation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAble to lift heavy bulky items to handle stock as well as picking and packing.Productive and willing team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing, Hydraulics or similar background (Desirable)Why us?Motion Fluid Power Solutions is a trusted leader in providing hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings, hydraulic hardware solutions, and pneumatic products.
