Job Description Assisting in the development and implementation of annual marketing and promotional plans. Coordinating marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email marketing, public relations, and partnerships. Managing website content, promotional materials, and marketing communications to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. Liaising with internal departments, corporate teams, media partners, tourism bodies, and external suppliers to maximise promotional opportunities. Supporting media relations and generating positive publicity through PR initiatives and third-party endorsements. Monitoring marketing budgets and ensuring campaigns are delivered within allocated financial parameters. Creating and distributing marketing content for print, online, and digital channels. Maintaining marketing databases, correspondence, and campaign documentation. Supporting leadership with proposals, reports, presentations, and campaign briefings. Acting as a brand ambassador by promoting Accor values and enhancing the organisations reputation internally and externally. Qualifications The role requires a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in marketing or hotel operations. Strong digital marketing knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to coordinate campaigns and manage multiple tasks are essential. Excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
