Onslow WAJob Type: Contract position | Full time positionJob DescriptionWe have an opening for the following roles based near Onslow WA: 16 x Full Time Guest Services / Food and Beverage / Kitchen / Maintenance Attendants (as per Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020, Grade 2, Level 2). Approximate commencement date is April 2026. This job will run for between 6 months to 2 years. During this period you will receive at least 76 hours per fortnight. The job may have varied responsibilities and duties which may include:Superior food quality and presentationEnsure at all times drink and food is delivered to the highest standardDay to day upkeep of bar and food facilities to meet the required standardsWork with park managers/chef for all bar supply ordersResponsibilitiesCleaning resort accommodation and facilities in accordance with the required cleaning standards, policies and proceduresUse designated chemicals and cleaning products for each taskObserve and report maintenance itemsConduct a periodic deep clean of the roomcompleting food production and cleaning tasks as directedworking with all kitchen employees to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the kitchen including cleaning cooking and general utensils used in a kitchen and restaurantensures the standard and quality of food production is maintained at a high standardassisting employees who are cooking, assembles and prepares ingredients for cooking; and performs general pantry dutiesmay be required to supervise other kitchen employeeskeeping areas clean and tidyweeding and wateringtrimming or mowing surrounds or similar areas with hand implementsassisting in maintenance and constructionRequirementsYou must perform such additional duties and responsibilities as required from time to time providing they are within your skills, training, education and experience. There will be potential to upskill and training is provided.
