This newly created role has been designed to bring sharper commercial insight, structured referral pathway development, and data-driven decision-making into the centre of the practice.About the opportunityThis is a strategic commercial role focused on performance, referral growth and long-term direction. You will analyse clinical, financial and referral data, design growth initiatives, and lead their implementation across GP outreach, marketing and service optimisation. You will work directly with the Clinical Director and in partnership with the Practice & Operations Manager.The Practice & Operations Manager oversees daily administration, billing and patient-facing processes. Your focus will be commercial insight, performance modelling and growth execution.You will bring structure to revenue analysis, referral tracking and service-line optimisation and translate that insight into measurable initiatives.
