An opportunity now exists for a Workshop Administrator to join our Kalgoorlie branch.About your new role:ResponsibilitiesUtilising relevant computer-based job management systems to process jobs for the workshopData entry, workshop staff time allocation and time sheet managementLiaising with workshop staff and purchasing department to organise job partsEnsuring that the processing of paperwork is performed in an accurate and timely mannerAssisting with implementation and transitioning of a new ERP systemProcessing some incoming and outgoing deliveries for the businessAssist with ensuring a high level of customer service from the branchWhat you will need to succeedProven experience in a similar position / administrative roleAbility to communicate with stakeholders of all levels both within and external to the organisationAbility to work autonomously and be self-drivenExperience using computer-based ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or similarBasic knowledge of workshop, service and general office administration would be helpfulFull Australian working rightsPrior experience within the Industrial, Mining, Agriculture or Defense markets would be beneficial, but not essentialWhat you will get in returnFulltime permanent positionAn attractive remuneration package including incentive planLong term career opportunitiesA vibrant, safe and welcoming workplaceA great team cultureWe recognize that no candidate will fulfill every desired qualification.
