Roles and Responsibilities South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Support Officer (Administration Officer Level 3) to join Primary and Community Health, supporting the Community Health Nursing and Child and Family Health Nursing teams on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will provide high-level administrative support to two Nurse Unit Managers and demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Are You the Right Fit? We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in administrative functions, including support for recruitment, workforce processes, and reporting requirements. Experience working with healthcare-related systems such as HealthRoster, eMR, iProcurement, StaffLink, and My Health Learning is highly desirable. While the role will be provided with broad supervision, the successful candidate will be expected to work independently, use sound judgement, and take initiative to manage their workload and priorities effectively. Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. Demonstrated ability to provide a wide range of administrative tasks and experience responding to a range of enquiries, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams, and Hospital based programs. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise workload and tasks to meet deadlines. Do you have a current Australian C-Class driver''s license (including P1 or P2)? If you hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW you must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
