Underground Miners | Multiple Roles | FIFO Rosters | Immediate Starts Mining Employment Services (MES) is currently recruiting for multiple underground mining roles with immediate requirements across WA gold operations. We are urgently seeking experienced underground personnel for current vacancies, while also building a strong talent pool for upcoming roles across a range of underground disciplines. Immediate Vacancies Bogger Operators Roster: 8:6 / 7:7 Site: WA Gold Operations Duties include: Bogging development headings to stockpiles and haul trucks Conducting regular equipment inspections and reporting faults Performing road works, spillage management, and sump bogging Maintaining high standards of safety and work quality Identifying and escalating operational efficiency improvements Demonstrating strong safety leadership and environmental awareness Requirements: Valid WA Manual C Class Drivers Licence Remote bogger operating experience (desirable) National Police Clearance (within 12 months) Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen Service Crew Operators Roster: 8:6 / 7:7 Duties include: Daily pre-start checks on vehicles and mobile plant Operating IT Loader (Integrated Tool Carrier) Installing, maintaining, and repairing underground services, including: Air / water / pump lines Ventilation bags and walls Firing lines Comms cables Cable bolts Submersible pumps Trailing cables Mono stations Cleaning and maintaining Service Crew stores Assisting Charge-Up crews when required Requirements: Previous Service Crew experience Current Working at Heights ticket Relevant underground qualifications / certificates / licences (including RPLs where applicable) Ability to meet site access requirements (Medical, DAS, NPC, Drivers Licence) Bogger Operators Roster: 14:14 We are also seeking 2 x Bogger Operators for coverage roles on a 14:14 roster.These positions may lead to ongoing work for the right candidates.
