In this role, youll operate and monitor water and wastewater systems and treatment processes. Youll conduct sample testing and complete both preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure our assets perform at their best. Training in water and sewerage treatment practices and associated skills will be delivered by our trusted training partners, with ongoing coaching and mentoring from our skilled and experienced staff throughout your career.ResponsibilitiesAre eager to undertake on-the-job training.Like to take a practical approach to work.Have good attention to detail and are committed to quality outcomes.Care about your impact on the community and can provide exceptional customer service, through your front-line presence and interactions.Can demonstrate good digital literacy (essential for operating equipment and daily task completion).Can carefully adhere to company procedures and regulations, especially those related to personal and community health and safety andMeet the physical requirements for the role which include lifting, kneeling, and working in small spaces.RequirementsTo be successful in this position, youll need to pass a pre-employment medical assessment before you can start and youll need to commit to participating in on-call and planned overtime rosters, responding to emergency call-out situations as required.About the roleThis is a permanent full-time role that offers a 9-day/fortnight basis and a total remuneration package ranging from $82,680.88 to $87,247.25 (including 15.5% superannuation).
