The integration of these operations enables all sites to use a single coal handling and preparation plant (CHPP) and infrastructure at Mt Owen Mine.We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate Operational Technology Technician to join our team. As part of our broader Maintenance Engineering department, you will safely and effectively maintain a range of Operational Technology (OT) to a high standard, meeting required targets.As an OT Technician you will be working on modern mining equipment and technologies with a focus on achieving availability and reliability targets to drive maintenance performance and safety standards across site.ResponsibilitiesSafely and effectively maintain a range of Operational Technology to a high standard, meeting required targets.QualificationsElectrical, Auto-Electrical, Electronic, Communications or equivalent qualificationOpen Cut Coal Mining or Heavy Industry experienceOpen Cablers Licence or equivalent (desirable)Experience with above Operational Technologies (desirable)Prioritise working safely and following MGO policies and proceduresAbility to work well in a team environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated exposure to computerised maintenance management systems and knowledge of SAP (desirable)MGOs Operational Technologies include but arent limited to the following.
