Experienced Mobile Plant Operators | Peel Region Are you an experienced operator looking to ditch the FIFO lifestyle and sleep in your own bed every night? We are currently seeking skilled Excavator, Dump Truck, Grader and Dozer Operators for a large-scale rehabilitation project approximately 15 mins from Pinjarra. This is a high-impact project with a strong pipeline of work for those who prove their worth. The Opportunities We are looking to fill the following roles immediately: Production Excavator Operators: Ideally experienced with PC2000 or similar large-scale production machines Dump Truck Operators: Prefer experience with 777 or 785 Caterpillar trucks Grader Operators: Experience on large scale rehabiliation and haulage road maintenance Dozer Operators (Ongoing): Experience with GPS is highly regarded. You must be comfortable with bulk pushing and working on steep angles Whats on Offer? Work-Life Balance: Be home every night. Travel in and out daily Great Pay: Competitive Base rate + Penalties + $5/hr Site Allowance Travel Support: $22 per day travel allowance Hours: MonFri, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (No weekends!) Ongoing Potential: Dozer roles are ongoing. Project roles (Excavator/Truck/Grader) are 2 months initially, but with multiple sites in play, top performers are frequently retained for long-term work Requirements To be considered for these roles, you must meet the following: Experience: Minimum 12 months operating experience on the specific machine you are applying for Location: Reside within 45 minutes of the Huntly site (Pinjarra/Peel region) Compliance: Valid Current Drivers License Pre-Employment: Ability to pass a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen Possess a recent National Police Clearance About the Project This is a major rehabilitation project involving significant earthmoving and specialised side projects.
