Youll spend your days visiting people in their homes in and around Nambour, Woombye, Palmwoods and the surrounding communities - no two days look the same, but each one makes a difference.Youll help with:Delivering care thats tailored to each persons needs and Care PlanPersonal care, mobility support, and medication remindersPreparing meals and supporting good nutritionProviding respite - whether its at home or out and aboutLending a hand with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, bed making, and shoppingOffering social support that keeps people connected to what (and who) matters mostMost days, youll use your own reliable car to visit customer homes and help with transport in the community. At times, a company vehicle may be assigned to support your work.This is a casual role, between Monday and Friday, 8am - 5pm. Well work with your availability.
