These roles deliver essential services and use a commuter/wheelchair-hoist van to undertake school runs, job seeker transport, social outings, wheelchair-accessible transport and general community transport - helping people stay connected, independent and engaged. Youll provide a mix of school runs for students with disability, job seeker (jobs bus) transport, social outings, community transport and wheelchair accessible transport.Location: KingstonAward: Passenger Vehicle Transportation AwardClassification: Grade 3 CasualDays: Monday to Friday (early starts may be required)Hours: Vary based on service needs; shifts will be offered according to operational requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide safe, professional and customerfocused transport for a diverse range of passengers (note: school services include a Bus Attendant)Safely operate CTST vehicles ensuring passenger comfort and secure stowage of mobility aids and belongingsOperate wheelchair hoists and ramps and correctly secure wheelchairs and tiedowns (training provided)Follow run sheets, complete basic documentation and maintain accurate service and passenger recordsAdapt to changing schedules and passenger needs while staying calm and focusedCommunicate clearly and uphold CTSTs supportive, passengercentred valuesAbout YouYou enjoy driving, engaging with people and providing great service.
