About the role/s Social Companion - Provide social and emotional support by offering friendship and companionship to an isolated senior. The goal is to enhance quality of life and reduce loneliness and isolation, helping to maintain good mental health and slow cognitive decline. Mens Group Social Activity - Facilitate our Mens Group for male residents. This could involve reminiscing about woodworking, metal work, construction or creating a DIY project. It is a space for residents to discuss hobbies and interests they used to enjoy. Musical Entertainers - If you have a passion for music, play the piano, sing, or similar, you can bring joy of music to our residents. Activity Assistant - Support residents while they participate in group activities on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays.
