Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner Manufacturing - Tullamarine Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are looking for a Senior Analyst Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team in Tullamarine to provide high-quality financial analysis and decision support, acting as a key business partner to manufacturing operations and quality functions at the Tullamarine facility. Reporting to the Senior Manager Finance Business Partner, the role has a primary focus on supporting production planning and operational expenditure across site manufacturing, supply chain, and quality functions. This includes ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely financial reporting, as well as providing insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. The role will also have product costing responsibilities, including support and backup for the annual product costing exercise, along with opportunities to provide financial support to other site operations as required. Your Responsibilities Business performance analysis and support: Support period-end close by preparing journals, analysing financial results and variances, resolving errors, and ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards Target setting, budgeting and forecasting: Support annual budget preparation and quarterly forecast updates for the Site including headcount and cost centre planning. Duties also include inventory forecasts and product costing support Decision-making support : Provide financial analysis and reporting to Operations and Quality teams, delivering insights to support performance targets, improve decision-making, and build financial understanding across the site Process Improvement and Standardisation : Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and controls while collaborating with Supply Chain and Operations to enhance master data governance and accuracy External Reporting and Audit Support : Proactively deal with all internal and external audit queries as required Your Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelor''s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline 5 to 7 years of Accounting and Finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment and in a global organisation Working knowledge of inventory management, internal controls, and business partnering.
