Overview Im currently working with several well-regarded Perth law firms seeking Corporate / Commercial Lawyers at the Associate and Senior Associate level. These teams advise a mix of private companies, founders, investors and mid-market businesses across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. The roles offer strong quality work, direct access to partners and genuine progression opportunities. What youll do The work may include Private M&A transactions Capital raising and investment rounds Shareholder and joint venture agreements Corporate structuring and advisory work Commercial contracts and strategic advisory matters Opportunities Associate and Senior Associate roles Established corporate and commercial teams Exposure to quality clients and transactions Direct mentoring from experienced partners Perth CBD based roles About you 28 years PAE Experience in corporate, commercial or M&A matters Strong drafting and client advisory skills Admitted in Australia Salary Salary $120,000 $190,000 + super depending on experience.
