We provide tailored employment services, Parent Pathways Program (PPP), Remote Australia Employment Services (RAES), Transition to Work (TtW), and Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) across Australia. This is a permanent part-time role, three days per week. A day in the life of an RAES Employment Consultant Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments of participant skills, education, vocational interests, job readiness, and personal circumstances. Codesign individualised job plans and regularly review and update to reflect changes in participant circumstances, community priorities, and labour market opportunities. Provide culturally appropriate and holistic support to participants. Assist participants to access allied health, housing, financial, disability, and other wraparound services. Support participants to engage in training, employment placements, and community projects. Build strong relationships with local employers. Work with employers to support culturally safe workplaces that encourage retention of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees. Collaborate with community organisations and other stakeholders to ensure service delivery reflects local priorities and aspirations. Contribute to the design and delivery of community projects that support workforce participation and skill development. Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in case management, employment services, or community development. Knowledge of the Remote Australia Employment Services (RAES) program. Strong understanding of referral pathways and the ability to connect participants with allied health, community, and specialist services. Proven ability to work effectively and respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, families, and communities, with an understanding of culturally safe service delivery. Highlevel organisational, administrative, and data management skills. Competence in using employment services systems (such as ESS Web or equivalent), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to IT and reporting requirements.
