An opportunity has opened for an ambitious Junior Property Manager ready to step up and take ownership of their own portfolio of approximately 60 residential properties. The Opportunity Take full ownership of a well-maintained portfolio Build direct relationships with landlords and tenants Manage maintenance, compliance, arrears, and inspections Operate within established systems and strong office processes Grow into a confident, independent Property Manager This role will suit someone who doesnt want to stay junior for long.
