Multiple positions available within a busy Cotton industryHandson role operating loaders, forklifts, and blending equipmentSupportive team environment with a strong focus on safety & operational efficiencyThe RoleWe are seeking multiple Forklift Operator & Fertiliser Operators to join a busy cotton operation in Kununurra, WA, supporting the cotton industry.Key ResponsibilitiesThese roles support the safe movement, handling, and preparation of fertiliser products that are essential to cotton production. Depending on your experience, you may focus on forklift operations, fertiliser blending, or a combination of both.Forklift OperationsSafely operate forklifts and related machinery across the warehouse and yardLoad, unload, and move cotton bales and other products around the warehouseTransport products between storage, loading areas, and dispatch pointsConduct basic equipment checks and report any maintenance requirementsMaintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas to prevent contamination and ensure safe operationsManage fertiliser stock to ensure products remain clean, dry, and in good conditionMeasure, mix, and load fertiliser blends accurately according to farmer ordersOperate loaders and forklifts to move fertiliser between storage, blending, and dispatch areasLoad fertiliser into bulk tippers, bulk bags, or prepare deliveries for transportCoordinate with administration and site supervisors on weights, storage, and deliveriesAssist with stocktakes, inventory accuracy, and reporting shortagesMaintain accurate records of blending and stock movementsSupport equipment maintenance and keep the fertiliser handling area clean and organisedCompetitive pay rate of $35.00 - $40.00 per hourConsistent workload with approximately 50 hours per weekOngoing employment with potential for longterm stabilityOpportunity to work with agricultural machinery and fertiliser blending systemsWork in a key supply role supporting farmers and agricultural productionYour Skills & ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will have experience working in agricultural operations or fertiliser handling environments and be confident operating machinery.Current forklift licence and driver''s licenceExperience operating frontend loaders or similar machineryExperience with fertiliser mixing or agricultural product blending highly regardedStrong attention to detail when measuring and mixing productAbility to work in a physical outdoor environmentReliable, safetyfocused, and able to work effectively in a teamChoose Agri Labour AustraliaAgri Labour Australia is an awardwinning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
