About the Role This is a physically active and detail-focused position that plays a vital role in ensuring our events run smoothly. Youll be based in our warehouse and responsible for: Loading and unloading trucks with care and precision Following systems and checklists to ensure nothing is missed or forgotten Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse Performing minor maintenance and basic repairs on equipment Occasionally supporting our field team with set-ups and pack-downs at events A key part of this role involves working Friday and Saturday nights, assisting with loading and unloading equipment for weekend events. Attention to detail during these shifts is critical, as the gear you prepare directly impacts the success of the events. What Youll Need Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or hands-on role Physically fit and capable of safely lifting and moving heavy equipment A tidy, structured, and organised approach to work Strong attention to detail with a commitment to following procedures A reliable, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Bonus points if you bring trade skills such as carpentry, welding, mechanical repairs, or general fix-it experience.
