Type: Full Time Number of positions: 2 Salary: $68,864 to $75,000 commensurate with skills and experience, plus superannuation. Duties & Responsibilities Folding linen and garments. Loading / unloading washing machines. Sorting and counting linen into classifications. Identifying stained or damaged linen and sorting for stain treatments or repair. Packaging items and preparing orders for delivery. Ensure all laundry equipment are in the best operating condition. Placing linen on shelves/trollies and hanging articles for delivery and collection. Ironing. Maintaining a clean workplace. Delivering and collecting laundry to and from customers. Undertaking any other general laundry duties as directed. Essential At least one year of full-time experience as a laundry worker. Exceptional time management and organisational skills. Attention to detail. Communication skills. A basic understanding of customer expectations. Possess a current "A" Class drivers license. Proven honesty, reliability, loyalty, and responsibility. Other information: Sponsorship opportunities are available for experienced and eligible Laundry Workers. Kununurra is a remote location over 3000km from Perth. It has an extreme climate. Drug and alcohol testing may be conducted by the employer, with a zero tolerance to intoxication.
