We provide tailored solutions for all segmentation.About the roleReporting to the General Manager, we are seeking a handson Inbound Warehouse Manager to lead the daily receiving and quality control of fresh fruit and vegetables at our Canning Vale facility.Location: The office is based in Canning Vale with onsite parking available.Benefits: Paid Parental Leave (3 weeks for primary carers, 1 week for secondary carers).Career progression & opportunities for advancement. Morco Fresh is an inclusive, teamfirst company.ResponsibilitiesThe list below is not exhaustive, and the duties/responsibilities may vary to meet the overall objectives of the company.Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in picking, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.Organise and maintain inventory and storage area.Communicate job expectations and coach employees.Determine staffing levels and assign workload.Maintain inventory and stock levels.Maintain items record, document necessary information.Keep warehouse clean and organised daily.Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.Ensure quality assurance guidelines are followed (HACCP, SQF etc.).Collaborate with other managers to optimise processes.Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.Qualifications and SkillsProven work experience as a warehouse supervisor, ideally in fresh produce and/or food distribution.Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data.Handson commitment to getting the job done.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to work early morning shift (4am to 12pm).How to ApplyIf you like the sound of us and you have the skills, experience and motivation to succeed in this role, dont miss this opportunity to become part of the Morco Fresh family.
