This might be the role you are looking for!Were looking for a proactive, analytical and engaging Loss Prevention Advisor who thrives in fastpaced environment.In this role, youll help protect our people, products and stores by delivering endtoend risk management services across your allocated region. Youll work closely with store teams, stakeholders, and the Loss Prevention team across Australia, to reduce shrinkage, strengthen compliance, and support a safer retail environment for our store teams and customers.What You''ll Be DoingLead and support high quality internal & external investigations, providing clear and detailed reports.Conduct Loss Prevention audits with a focus on highrisk stores to drive reduction in risks and losses.Assess and advise on store security systems (CCTV, alarms, hardware).Engage with store teams and stakeholders through store visits, training and incident management driving on theftprevention and inventory best practices while empowering them to mitigate risks to people, product and the business.Attend serious store incidents where required and provide incident summariesReview incident reports, exception reporting and inventory movements to identify risks, detect theft and fraud and escalate emerging trendsWhat You''ll Bring2+ years experience in Loss Prevention, security, or retail investigationsExposure to reporting and data mining analytics required.Decision Making/ Problem Solving - ability to proactively gather relevant operational data from appropriate sources, conduct investigative analysis to identify security/loss prevention opportunities.Communication and Influencing - excellent verbal and written communicationA demonstrable track record of success implementing risk management and/or audit programs.Retail experience and/or knowledge of inventory processes (highly regarded)Why Join Us?Be part of one of Australias most recognised retail brandsWork with a highperforming Loss Prevention teamMeaningful, varied work that directly impacts store safety and performanceOpportunities to grow your skills across investigations, risk, and retail operationsThe successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome.
