About the Role Bring your expertise in service management todrive our service and installation teams to meet our customers needs. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing efficient workflow programming for a team of service technicians Ensuring the successful service and/or installation of irrigation systems and projects. Hands-on work with installations, repairs and service work on a variety of pumps and water systems, including stock water, solar pumps, drip irrigation, centre pivots, telemetry, control, pumping and filtration stations. Ensuring projects are completed with maximum efficiency. Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with others. Communication with internal and external clients to ensure clear expectations are being met. Record keeping and invoicing works completed. Ensuring safety systems are implemented and followed. About You You will have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven time management and problem-solving skills Experience with irrigation installations and service work Experience managing trades in often complex work environments. Experience managing a team and scheduling service work Demonstrated knowledge of construction safety procedures.
