About the Role Step into a leadership role that makes an impact! Were on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites. In this fast-paced role, youll lead frontline teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure top-tier service delivery every day. Youll bring your operations or customer service experienceideally in cleaning or facilities managementalong with excellent people skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. With a strong grasp of WHS compliance and quality standards, plus the flexibility to travel between sites, youll play a key role in driving performance and client satisfaction across your area. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, feedback, and relationship development. Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring service quality and contract compliance. Lead and manage cleaning teams, including rostering, training, and performance monitoring. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to WHS, safety, and quality standards. Manage resources, including supply orders, service schedules, and coordination of additional cleaning services. Maintain accurate operational records, including site audits, incidents, and client feedback reports. What You Bring Demonstrated experience in customer service or operations management, ideally within the cleaning or facilities management sector. Proven leadership capabilities with strong people management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills. Track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships and effectively resolving issues. Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Sound understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and quality compliance standards.
