You will assess need, guide next steps and link consumers to the right support, working closely with partners across the system to support safe, timely care aligned with SA Health values.Deliver rapid phone triage and brief counsellingAssess risk, urgency and service fitCoordinate access to acute and community carePartner with SA Ambulance Service on crisis callsGuide carers and clinicians with expert advice QualificationsRN-2Registered as a Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and holds a current practising certificate.Hold a qualification in mental health nursing equivalent to a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health NursingAHP-2Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.Must hold a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification as recognised by the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA).
