This rural mining company town is home to around 10,000 and a FIFO (fly-in-fly-out) population of around 3,000. Its a great base from which to explore the nearby national park. Theres some serious 4X4 roads in the region and with a desert climate, this town often attracts adventurous types. Youll be part of the team at the local hospital, which provides health services including 24-hour emergency services to the towns residents.
