With teams in Darwin and Newcastle, we operate with a strong emphasis on collaboration, quality, creativity, and accountability.We are now seeking a Darwin-based Education Specialist to design and deliver culturally responsive professional learning that creates measurable impact across schools and communities.This is not a fly-in, deliver-a-workshop role.Its a relationship-first, coaching-led position focused on sustained capability uplift.Youll spend 3-4 weeks per school term working in remote communities (with additional national travel as required), partnering with school leaders, teachers, and strategic platform partners including Apple and Microsoft.About the RoleYou will:Build trusted relationships with principals, teachers, and community stakeholdersDeliver coaching, modelling, workshops, and curriculum integration supportSupport leaders to embed sustainable teaching and learning practicesEvaluate impact and demonstrate evidence of capability upliftCollaborate with Apple, Microsoft, and ecosystem partners on joint initiativesContribute to repeatable, high-quality delivery systems within Culture TechThis role bridges schools, communities, Culture Tech internal teams, and external education specialists to ensure coherent, outcome-driven delivery.What Success Looks LikeIn your first 90 days, you will:Establish a clear view of all engagements and delivery plansBuild trusted relationships at priority sitesImplement a structured cadence of on-site delivery and remote coachingContribute to at least one partner-enabled opportunityWithin 12 months, you will:Achieve strong renewal outcomes at core sitesDemonstrate visible educator capability upliftHelp establish repeatable systems for delivery and evaluationSupport partner-enabled growth without compromising qualityWhat Were Looking ForSignificant experience in education and/or professional learning (K12, Early Years, VET, or adult learning)Demonstrated success working in remote or complex community contextsStrong instructional coaching capability (modelling, observation, feedback, practice change)Experience supporting digital integration and teaching innovationStrong planning and logistical capabilityHighly RegardedExperience working in First Nations education contextsFamiliarity with Apple and/or Microsoft ecosystems in schoolsWhole-school change or digital uplift experienceExperience collaborating with external specialists or multi-partner environmentsWho You AreYou are:Relationship-first and community-groundedCalm and adaptable in remote environmentsInstructionally credible and outcomes-focusedCommercially aware and able to scope work clearlyComfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Tech, and DeliveryYou avoid surface-level delivery and focus on sustained impact.Practical RequirementsNT Working With Children Clearance (or ability to obtain)Drivers licenceComfortable with extended remote travelBased in or willing to relocate to DarwinIf youre ready to build trust, deliver impact, and support lasting education change in remote Australia, wed love to hear from you.Be careful - Dont provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
