We place you in settings suited to your skillset and we always consider your preferences. YNA has a wide range of community settings available to work, including but not limited to hospital at home, GP practice settings, paediatric opportunities as well as general community support services.At present, YNA has short term contracts for RNs with recent experience in care plan reviews to assist with Support at Home programs of elderly clients in the community. For this position you must be available to work Monday Friday and be available for the next 3 months. This is an immediate start and training will be provided. You must have access to your own vehicle.YNA is 100% South Australian owned and managed, supporting team members and clients nationally.
