This role plays a key part in delivering quality safety and security services to patients, staff and visitors in a mental healthcare setting. Experience in a health-related field is highly desirable.The Health and Security Assistant is a member of the multi-disciplinary team within the Sutherland Mental Health Service, Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit. The role provides local incident response, maintains general safety of the unit, and interacts with patients in a variety of situations.
