Overview Our client is a global leader in aluminium production, delivering the materials essential to modern industry. We are seeking experienced electrical engineers to fill technically challenging positions within their Electrical Projects Team. Technical Project Engineer - Electrical / I&C | Brisbane Responsibilities Provide specialist electrical and instrumentation engineering support across Sustaining Capital projects within the Technical Projects team. These client-side roles cover the full project lifecycle study, design, execution, and commissioning. This role is well suited to experienced engineers who thrive in technically complex, collaborative environments. Senior Project Engineer - Electrical | FIFO Brisbane Join the site-based delivery team at a Weipa bauxite operation on a 9:5 FIFO roster. Lead the execution of electrical work packages across a portfolio of multi-disciplinary Sustaining Capital projects, including haul road lighting, radio tower installations, accommodation modules, and tailings dam pump works. End-to-end delivery including contractor management, QA, procurement, cost and schedule control, commissioning, and handover. What You''ll Need Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering Proven experience delivering electrical and/or I&C scopes in industrial or heavy industry environments Experience across full project lifecycle, from early study phases through to site execution Strong understanding of Australian Standards and electrical legislation Technical knowledge across LV/HV distribution, switchyard equipment, solar arrays, UPS systems, and instrumentation Demonstrated experience in contract and contractor management Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical documentation and reports Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and respond effectively to technical and commercial challenges A proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to operate independently A strong personal commitment to safety, quality, and compliance Highly Regarded Experience within aluminium smelting or major industrial operations Previous Sustaining Capital or brownfields project experience Client-side or owner''s team delivery experience RPEQ registration or active pathway towards RPEQ Why Join COSOL?
