Youll join a high-performing national team and apply advanced process engineering expertise across some of Australias most complex and meaningful water infrastructure projects. If you have experience in Odour treatment or Desalination plants - even better! What Youll Do Deliver water infrastructure projects as part of a national multidisciplinary team nationally. Provide specialist technical input in process engineering across design, modelling, and optimisation. Drive innovative engineering outcomes by applying emerging water and wastewater technologies. Collaborate with clients, operators, and vendors to develop smart, efficient, future-ready solutions. Contribute to proposals, pursuits, and technical strategy development. Mentor earlycareer engineers and support capability uplift across the business. Represent WSP in industry committees, technical forums, conferences, and publications. About You You bring technical depth, curiosity, and the drive to solve complex problems that matter. Youre a team player who can influence, collaborate, and lead with confidence. You will bring: A degree in Chemical/Process or Environmental Engineering (MIEAust/IChemE; CPEng/RPEQ ideal). Experience in engineering consulting and/or the Australian water sector (advantageous). A track record of challenging conventional thinking and proposing innovative solutions. Clear, strategic problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate technical pathways to stakeholders. Experience with CHAIR, HAZOP, and safetyindesign methodologies. Risk identification and mitigation skills across small to large-scale projects. Experience with commissioning (advantage).
