Due to our growth plans, we are seeking multiple Senior Security Consultants who possess deep consulting experience to assist SecureNative AI in delivering exciting cybersecurity projects to our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Successfully deliver cybersecurity projects to advance our customers journey Be a subject matter expert aligning to cloud identity & security technologies Design solutions leveraging Microsoft security solutions (Microsoft Defender and/or Purview Solve our customers pain points by leveraging the latest in best practices & architectural approaches Possess experience with Essential Eight & Zero Trust Help our customers migrate security workloads to the cloud Work with the team at project kick off to deliver successful outcomes Communicate proactively and effectively with customers, partners and internal staff Attend and present at customer kick offs, workshops and meetings Help to manage customers life cycle and assist the sales team to win further opportunities Peer review designs and architecture documentation Work closely with internal teams to assist with improving delivery processes Continuously develop and optimise Intellectual Property (IP) to allow job repeatability Work as part of a pre-sales team in the proposal stage at times Contribute to our technical blogging and other marketing initiatives Have input into our evolving solutions and lifecycle for our consultancy offerings Proactively assist and mentor other team members and jointly developing technical skills KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Have proven track record working as a Senior Consultant, or similar position with experience across complete IT industry lifecycle covering pre-sales, consulting or professional services Strong knowledge of Modern Identity, including Entra Suite and Identity Governance Excellent understanding of Microsoft Defender stack Have a background of Microsoft expertise, specialising in Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, Certificate Services & radius authentication. Experience delivering large Active Directory implementations or migrations is a plus Understand core network security process and technology. Experience with Palo Alto services is a plus Excellent knowledge of Security principles with a proven background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Certification in Microsoft Security (SC-100, SC-200, SC-300 or SC-401) is highly desired Familiarity and experience with Agile framework and project governance would be a plus Excellent interpersonal skills superior communication and stakeholder engagement Strong time management skills ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines Great ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Highly motivated and result-driven Reliable Calm and capable conflict resolution skills Ability to whiteboard and present technical concepts to a mixed audience in a pre-sales capacity Able to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve desired outcomes Excellent collaboration skills, well-organised, proactive with a high attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form with both colleagues and customers JOIN THE SECURENATIVE AI TEAM!
