Design and Build are looking for a Site Manager with a passion for overseeing industrial new build projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our clients tight knit team and assist them in their current projects and those in the pipeline. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our new industrial build projects within Perth. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the build. Take charge and own your project. Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Manage and optimise resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and materials, to achieve project goals efficiently. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, project lookahead, and safety records. Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial build projects - $20 million +. Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and best practices in industrial builds. Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts. Sound understanding and commitment to safety regulations and procedures. Problemsolving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
