They will show and tell you everything you need to know and upskill you to be confident in mastering the trade. Between your Host Trainer and Training Manager, they will provide you ongoing feedback to ensure were seeing your true potential and coaching you to be the best you can be.Asides from the onsite, you will also undergo a small business course towards the end of your apprenticeship so that you have the skills to set up and run your own business.What Type Of Person Will Be SuccessfulWe are seeking applicants with:A can-do, positive attitude and good communicationOpen to feedback and keen to learn new skillsCommitment to taking pride in their workDrivers licence is desirable but not essentialYou will need a White Card, but dont stress if you dont have this already, you can complete this onlineWe value and welcome unique backgrounds, experiences and contributions that each person brings to our community.
