Bidfood Truganina is looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Pick Packer at our branch. This role suits someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, stays focused under pressure and is comfortable operating in freezer, chiller and dry store areas. Its physical, its practical and its essential to the success of hospitality businesses. About the role On a typical afternoon, youll be picking and assembling customer orders, helping keep our warehouse tidy, organised and running like clockwork. Youll rotate across dry, chilled and frozen duties, so no two shifts feel quite the same. The role will also require you: Pick and assemble goods accurately Maintain tidy and accurate bin locations Support warehouse housekeeping and safety protocols Work overtime when required to meet demand About you Were looking for someone who enjoys the physical side of work, can be relied on to show up and work hard and takes pride in doing a job properly. Youre punctual, practical and a team player. The kind of person others can count on when it gets busy. If youve worked in hospitality or kitchens before and understand the pace and importance of getting things right, that experience translates perfectly to this role. Previous warehouse experience and a forklift licence are an advantage, but more important is your work ethic, attitude and willingness to learn. Skills and experience To thrive in this role, youll bring a solid work ethic, physical readiness and a willingness to work across different environments as part of a reliable team.
