What Were Looking For A Willingness to Learn: Youll be keen to develop your skills and knowledge in the solar industry. Electrotechnology PreApp Cert II Completed (essential). Autonomy & Initiative: You can work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of your tasks. Ready to Work Hard: We value dedication and a strong work ethic! White Card/Construction License (essential). Working at Heights Ticket (preferred but not essential). Full Drivers License (preferred). Solar Experience (preferred, but not a dealbreaker were here to train you). Key Responsibilities Assist with planning and setting up solar installation projects. Lead daily activities onsite and ensure smooth job progress. Take the initiative to solve problems and always ask questions when in doubt.
