The Opportunity As our Centre Director, you aren''t just managing a building; you are building a culture. Opening in late 2025, this role gives you the rare "blank canvas" opportunity to: Build Your Team: Hand-pick and mentor a group of dedicated educators. Influence the Environment: Implement a Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum in a brand-new facility. Lead with Support: You arent on an island. You will have the full backing of our Director of Centre Performance & Compliance and a dedicated Quality Uplift Manager. Additionally be supported in tandem with the in-centre Operations Lead, who manages the business, financial, and administrative operations of the service, allowing you to prioritise educational excellence and staff wellbeing. Who You Are You are an experienced Early Childhood professional (ECT or Diploma qualified) with a deep understanding of the NQF and a passion for child-led, flow-based learning.
