Overview Growing Managed Services Provider in Melbourne''s inner suburbs is looking for someone to join their business and push their vision. This MSP is looking to grow and expand nationally and this position is a key part of that growth and will sit within the leadership group. You will be driving revenue growth and building high performing sales and marketing arms of the business. This role is a pure management role and will have you accountable for areas like : Responsibilities Revenue delivery against target and forecast accuracy New business pipeline creation, conversion and Sales execution Retention, Renewals and expansion revenue growth Marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue with measurable ROI Team Leadership, hiring capability uplift and performance management CRM discipline, reporting cadence and continuous improvement National expansion through strategic acquisitions, integration and new market entry Strategic hiring plan to build national coverage and capability by region and vertical Qualifications Demonstrated experience performing this role within an MSP, delivering measurable growth outcomes Proven leadership across both Sales and Marketing with direct revenue accountability Strong B2B go to market experience, ideally within technology, managed services or cyber security Proven ability to hire, coach and performance manage teams that scale with growth Strong communication and stakeholder management with a bias to execution Application Questions Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
