Role The companys growth trajectory has created the need for a General Manager to support a local Managing Director who has led the business for the past 25 years. You will take ownership of daytoday operations across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Service, Aftermarket and Human Resources, partnering with a highperforming Finance Director as you do so. You will play a key role at the strategic level, in partnership with the Managing Director and your SLT colleagues, but make no mistake, excellence in execution will be at the heart of what you do. You will be heavily customerfacing, delivering on Twin Discs commitment to meeting the demands of existing customers while developing and leading growth initiatives. Based from the companys head office in Eagle Farm, you will also spend considerable time at the Gold Coast branch and can expect to travel semiregularly across the APAC region and other global Twin Disc locations. You We are seeking a leader with a demonstrated history of high performance in businesses providing engineered technical solutions to marine or industrial customers. The environments will have encompassed applications engineering, sales and aftermarket support. It is expected that you hold tertiary qualifications in a Business/Commerce discipline. While technical qualifications and experience will be wellregarded, they are of less importance than your history of success in customerfacing roles in this space.
