A globally recognised renewable energy technology manufacturer is seeking a Channel Sales Director to lead its partner and distribution sales strategy across the residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) solar and battery storage markets in Australia. With more than two decades of experience in solar manufacturing and a strong global footprint across utility-scale, commercial and residential markets, the organisation has established itself as a trusted supplier of high-performance PV modules and rapidly expanding energy storage solutions. The company continues to invest heavily in innovation, large-scale manufacturing capacity and global market expansion as part of its long-term commitment to the energy transition. The Role This role will play a critical part in expanding the companys channel ecosystem, driving revenue growth through distributors, installers and EPC partners, and strengthening market presence across both PV modules and battery energy storage solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for residential and C&I solar and BESS solutions across Australia Build and manage relationships with solar distributors, installers and channel partners Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand national market coverage Drive revenue growth through existing partners while strengthening long-term commercial relationships Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy and distribution agreements Collaborate closely with marketing, product and technical teams to support partner enablement and market expansion Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments within the Australian solar and storage market Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue reporting Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions and key partner engagements About You Ability to communicate in Mandarin is highly preferred 8+ years experience in solar, energy storage or renewable energy sales Strong network across solar distributors, installers and channel partners in Australia Proven experience managing channel or distribution sales models Background selling PV modules, inverters, or energy storage solutions into residential and C&I markets Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Ability to build and scale partner ecosystems in a competitive market Entrepreneurial mindset with strong stakeholder management capability Interested applicants please click "Apply" or reach out to Lionel Lim directly at 0423 966 229 #J-18808-Ljbffr
