Escalation point for investigations. Negotiate and manage enterprise agreements and industrial disputes. Act as the primary contact for union representatives and other stakeholders. Monitor and ensure compliance with industrial laws and regulations. Prepare and present reports on industrial relations activities and outcomes. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior IR Partner should have: A degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Australian industrial relations laws and regulations. Proven experience in managing enterprise agreements and workplace negotiations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to provide strategic advice and solutions on complex IR issues.
