As part of the People & Culture team in our West Division, you will work in a small but dynamic team providing support, guidance and HR business advice and partnership to our leaders. As a People & Culture Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to deliver practical, commercial and peoplecentred solutions. Youll play a handson role in embedding our people strategy, lifting leadership capability, and strengthening workforce outcomes across a geographically dispersed and operationally complex environment. This is a true partnering role balancing strategic influence with ontheground support. You will have access to various Centres of Excellence to drive and deliver great people outcomes and solutions for your stakeholder groups. Bunnings offers a hybrid, flexible working environment. While the role will be based in Perth (Rivervale), there will be a requirement to travel across our store network in WA, therefore a valid Driver''s Licence is required. Whats involved Partner with senior leaders across the West portfolio to deliver endtoend people solutions aligned to business priorities Coach and support leaders in performance, talent, engagement, and employee relations matters Lead and embed key people initiatives including diversity and inclusion, talent reviews, workforce planning and capability uplift Use people insights and data to inform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement Act as a trusted partner, building strong relationships across stores, support teams and stakeholders Provide guidance and ensure compliance with relevant legislative, policy and process requirements. Who were looking for Proven experience in a People & Culture Partner or HR Business Partner role Strong ER capability with the confidence to navigate complex and sensitive matters Commercially minded, with the ability to balance people outcomes with business performance Comfortable working autonomously across a large geographic remit Trusted, credible and relationshipdriven, with a practical and grounded approach Passionate about developing leaders and creating positive team experiences. Youll thrive in a fastpaced environment, bringing energy and agility while actively contributing to a positive workplace culture. Youll need A tertiary qualification in HR, Law, business, Commerce, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline (preferred) Proven experience working in a HR business partner or HR Advisor role, ideally within a multi-site organisation (3 years minimum preferred) Sound knowledge of Australian employee relations legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A track record of taking initiative and achieving pragmatic outcomes Youll be part of a workplace where youll feel like you belong.
