Job Description Dutton Financial Services is a proud subsidiary of Dutton Automotive, which specialises in delivering innovative and competitive financing solutions designed to fulfill customers'' automotive aspirations. A dedicated team of professionals who possess extensive expertise in both the automotive and finance sectors, ensuring to provide exceptional service aligned with their clients needs. An exciting opportunity has now become available within Dutton One Victoria sites. We are in search of a highly motivated Senior Finance and Warranty Manager who is passionate about serving our customers and enhancing their experience with us. This is a pivotal senior role with three direct reports. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will engage customers at the point of sale, guiding them through vehicle and asset upgrades or refinancing solutions. You will be responsible for the training, development, and performance of your direct reports, while overseeing finance and warranty operations across Dutton One Victoria sites. In partnership with the Dutton One sales team, you will contribute to strong commercial outcomes while helping to elevate the Dutton Financial Services brand. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in automotive finance or brokerage, proven sales capability, and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking someone with a keen eye for opportunities to upsell and crosssell our diverse range of products, ensuring that our customers receive the best financial solutions tailored to their individual needs. In this role you will have access to 60 different finance lenders, enabling you to tailor competitive financing solutions to meet a wide range of customer needs. In addition, you will have the opportunity to sell Presidian Warranty products. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, both over the phone and facetoface is a MUST. Knowledge of multiple panels of lenders and products to identify the best outcome for our customers needs. Strong organisational skills and time management skills. High attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously. Willingness to learn and think outside the square. A strong adherence to all compliance measures. Enthusiastic, motivated and a positive mindset. Demonstrate clear and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
