Working closely with your leadership team and Head of Curriculum, you will focus on strengthening team capability, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting the ongoing success of the service. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily centre operations and ensure compliance with Regulations and the NQS Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team of educators Maintain a positive values driven centre culture Build strong relationships with families and the local community Support enrolments and maintain healthy occupancy levels Maintain a safe, inclusive and high quality learning environment Lead continuous improvement and quality uplift initiatives Ensure strong compliance and operational standards About You Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Manager or senior leadership role Strong leadership, organisational and operational capability In depth knowledge of Childrens Services Regulations and National Quality Standards Proven ability to mentor, inspire and retain teams Excellent communication and relationship building skills Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Current Working with Children Check and Police Check Our Values Inspiring and Nurturing Building Trust Empowering Excellence Connecting Communities We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and culturally respectful environment for all children and families.
