We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead and grow a highperforming business unit within the insurance building sector. This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for business growth, operational performance, financial outcomes, and team development. You will play a critical role in driving strategic direction, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. As General Manager, you will be accountable for the overall success of the business unit, including: Leading, inspiring and developing a multi-disciplinary team of Estimators, Supervisors and Administrators Driving revenue growth, profitability and operational efficiency Overseeing financial performance including P&L, cash flow and forecasting Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and strong margin control Reviewing WIP, claims progress and resource allocation Building and maintaining strong client and industry relationships Identifying and implementing process improvements and bestpractice systems Leading business development initiatives and expanding work streams Maintaining high standards across safety, compliance and quality This role requires a handson leader who leads from the front, builds highperformance teams and consistently delivers results.
