Move With Us is more than a fitness brand, its a purposeled digital wellness business built to empower, connect and motivate women. With a strong subscription model, loyal community and ambitious growth plans, MWU is entering its next evolution and seeking a leader to drive performance, discipline and innovation across the business. About the Role Reporting to the Board, the General Manager is responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction and operational effectiveness of Move With Us. Leading a small team of experts, this is a handson role that requires someone equally comfortable operating at a strategic level and working in the weeds, driving execution, solving problems and ensuring plans are delivered in practice, not just on paper. This is a broad and highly accountable leadership role spanning: Strategy and execution Financial performance and reporting Subscription and revenue growth New business incubation Team capability and culture Operational excellence and governance You will create and propose the strategic direction of MWU, ensuring alignment with the companys mission and longterm objectives. You will establish a disciplined operating cadence, embed strong performance management frameworks and drive dataled decision making across all functions. A key focus will be improving business performance management to reach financial goals, strengthening team capability, and ensuring a highperforming and aligned culture across the organisation. You will also: Own and refine business reporting across daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly rhythms Drive EBITDA, contribution profit and subscription health metrics Identify cost efficiencies without compromising customer experience Translate earlystage ideas into structured incubation plans and MVP launches Lead crossfunctional collaboration from ideation to gotomarket Represent MWU externally and champion its brand, values, and vision This role requires a handson leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels, steering the business in the most profitable and sustainable direction. About You You are an experienced General Manager or senior leader with a strong commercial lens and a background in digital, subscription or SaaS environments. You bring: Proven experience leading multifunctional teams in a highgrowth digital business Strong financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, EBITDA and ROI Demonstrated capability designing and executing strategic business plans Experience establishing structured KPIs and performance cadences A track record of launching new initiatives or business streams Strong people leadership capability, with experience uplifting team performance Confidence navigating governance, compliance and risk management A passion for health, fitness and communitydriven brands You are comfortable making hard decisions, optimising team structure, and holding accountability across all levels of the business.
